It's like San Francisco Tom, the Chinese population is the largest kn the world outside of China. Learning the language is most beneficial. Then Minnesota? It has the largest Somali community outside of Somalia, I'm not so sure but I read it sometime ago.
Daly City also holds the largest number of population outside the Philippines.
When I was in Canada, these Indian people seemed to have outnumbered any foreigners, my personal observation.
