A year after U.S. airstrikes and Kurdish fighters saved Iraq’s Yazidi population from death at the hands of ISIS atop Mount Sinjar, the historic Christian enclave is facing death in its homeland and a cold shoulder from America, say activists.
Despite the ongoing threat of execution in Iraq, nearly all Yazidis, a Kurdish-Christian community that lives throughout Iraq, Syria, Turkey and even Armenia and Georgia, who have applied for asylum in the U.S. have been rejected, FoxNews.com has learned. The reason why is not clear, but advocates say Washington is turning a blind eye on the situation.
“What we are seeing, in real time, is genocide,” said Frank Wolf, a former congressman from Virginia and senior fellow at 21st Century Wilberforce, a nonprofit that seeks to protect Christians in the Middle East. “To declare it genocide, that would expedite relief. You can’t allow it to go on.”
The dramatic rescue of the Yazidi came in August 2014, after ISIS fighters chased an estimated 40,000 Yazidi men, women and children from the town of Sinjar and onto a nearby mountain to which they then laid siege. With the mountain surrounded, and supplies running low, the Yazidi faced certain death until airstrikes and boots on the ground cleared an escape route. The Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government estimated in December that 4,000 Yazidi were killed before international help arrived.

TheRedSquirrel87: So the official channels for refugees to claim asylum are unsafe for anyone who isn't a muslim. And I wouldn't fancy being one of the good muslims in these camps neither.
Being agnostic I resist the idea that the same race and same culture will be nice and civilised because they follow the bible and not the koran. Atheists and Christians in the middle east treat women pretty badly as an example(although it's obviously overshadowed by Islam). Quality control alarm bells are ringing once you say the barbarians get a free pass when they carry a bible. Any minority would kind of behave under a brutish majority like Islam it does that mean that the minority are good people(only that they're under the cosh).
Anyway, with all the money and attention focused on the crisis you would think that policing and making safe the main refugee camps would be high priority. This should definitely outrank paying for the chosen few to stay in a Canadian hotel or indulging in more bombing when you have no exit plan or even know who the hell you're fighting for.

Like the Liberals Christians ignore the culture, composition and personality of a people and simply engage in the same identity politics. To espouse the beliefs of a Christian or Liberal is enough to make the world as one when it is clear the religious don't even get along with themselves. The socially oblivious tendency of christians and liberals is to ignore everything their lying eyes tell them so long as they hear the correct lip service to their belief. They don't care at all about what actually makes people get along perhaps because they've an interest in then not doing so. What room is there for religious authority or liberal social engineering amongst a people who naturally get along?

In a refugee shelter in Hessen, an Iranian and convert Christian said he and his fellow Christian refugees are mocked and bullied by other moslem refugees almost every day, sometime security men did the same thing to Christian refugees.
He was even severely beaten by 4 security (moslem) men that he had to be taken to Emergency Unit. Apparently this is not a single case happening in Germany, similar reports also took place in Nordrhein-Westfalen and in Berlin.
Those security men were not allowed to work in the refugee shelter anymore, they were, however, were moved to another post. (why weren't they put in prison?
