Now legally I can't say what's going on .
But I had to apply for sickness benefits due to my injury .
Which happened at a work function off site I was sober . Had a traumatic brain injury was a millimetre or two away from dying .
31 days after my accident I got out of hospital and brain rehab.

Work no more wages get sickness benefits
Work insurer lies to my union lawyer
Rehab doctor stated its permanent
Couldn't get sickness or incapacitated the government wanted me on disability way to early
Eventually got incapacitated benefits.
I'm a low income earner even less than that but more than zero
So yeah sickness etc are great
Meanwhile the employer and insurer are crying blue murder cause I'm not working
Interesting what one goes through to get benefits
And yes finally had a meeting with the government who could see I'm injured
But yet no my employer etc are crying hard done by

I wasn'r referring to someone like your case, gatting illegal "sickness benefits".-
My reference was to those, who they are able to find a job,even those with psycological problems,can sweep the streats,instead sitting on their bums,expecting the country's disability payments.

And I should say I've found its so hard to get .
If I had been a drunk or drug user I would have got it easier

And also I've got psychological issues thanks to my injury
Hells bells an employer and their screaming im a drunk and my diabetes was playing up then changed to I'm epileptic.
1 I've worked for this company 21 years you'd think someone would be aware I don't drink and a blood test proved I was sober
2 saying my diabetes was playing up two years two late it's been good for two years
3 epilepsy because a high paid employee I've never met or seen ethnic minority swears I was walking drunk or high my eyes rolled swears I head butted the toilet door

Now I've been sent to two doctors for the return to work tribunal neither I don't think have found what the insurer wanted .
And they wonder why I get stressed
Funny I'm not getting money from my employer and they are saying they are hard done by
Again why am I stressed

That is precisely my point.
Drunk and drug users and hapitually lazy bums,claim inability
allowence from their government,while in prerfect health to sweep
the streets.
I cannot understand,how a person with psycological problems,certified
by experts "NOt a threat to society" gets inability monthly
benefits,while easily can earn his money,by finding a job.

plus i am a professional roulette player the most i won was 3000-euro in 2 hours....i am up profit over all since started in 2005...long may my job keep paying me...
