He had the time to be there for you when you needed him.
Now he is going to have a different life when he gets married.
You're feeling him slip away probably because he wants you to realize that he can't be there at your beckon call everytime you need a shoulder to cry on.
He will be your friend. Just in a different way.
Best thing you could do is to let him see that you are happy for him.

It is normal that priorities change as life changes.
I do make time for my friends, but there is simply is less time when there is a new priority in someone's life - it's the way when I have a boyfriend as well as when a single friend gets a new partner.
I'm simply happy for my friends.
