And then, wherever they go, they then set up the same sorts of opposing regimes and factions regimes and make themselves equally unhappy while destroying the happiness and way of life in their new countries ?

If you read how they pillaged and killed all the Christians they killed in their early invasions, during the early part of 200 AD, these reactions that they justifiably cause because of being war torn is not and never was the case.

I beg to disagree. First of all, Trump is respected by more people than those you think who don't. Second our government stands as one of the most powerful in the world at the moment, imo, it's popular.
My respond to lack of explosive outrage, is either we give too much force on the freedom of speech or we're infiltrated.
Second thing is we're still on a peaceful path.
