It is my understanding that Congress voted Against DACA.
Obama wrote an Executive Order in favor of DACA, overruling Congress. (Truely Illegal)
Trump became President. He does not have to agree with the former President's EO.
He challenged Obama's EO which he as President is Allowed to do, Yet the court shot His down.
Todays hearing was to determine the Constitutionality of all of the above.
Don't be deceived by the Dems and their False Propaganda. They are of Many words, but none of them are TRUTH!

Legal arguments aside, polls show that DACA — which has shielded from deportation roughly 700,000 undocumented immigrants who were brought to the United States as children — enjoys overwhelming popular support. Allowing it to end would put the court out of step with trends in national public opinion, which has recently become more sympathetic to immigration than at any point in recorded history.
But the voters who pay the closest attention to immigration tend to be Republicans, and they hold much more conservative views on this issue. Just before the 2018 midterm elections, a Pew survey found that Republican voters were four times as likely as Democratic voters to say illegal immigration was a very big problem: 75 percent of Republicans said it was, compared to 19 percent of Democrats

"May let Trump end DACA". That's a long way from DACA is dead. Trump has allowed more illegals to enter than Obama did and he has deported fewer than Obama did. Don't believe CNN - Trump doesn't want a wall or would have built it like he promised. He's a businessman and he wants cheap labourers - lots of them

Thread was made, March 6, 2018. DACA program is dead. It was/is unconstitutional, via executive order, of Obama. (There were many articles with "DACA is dead", at that time).
My last post are links to Left leaning polls, in reference to, public opinion and deportation ... which is of couse, irrelevant to the Supreme Court. They interpret law, by the Constitution, and don't fall for propoganda that tries to tug on heart strings and they certainly don't need votes
Besides.. The average age of these so call "children" is now 28. Less than a 1/4 have become citizens. Oh well.. like they need more time, to think about it and assimilate?
