But I believe - NO matter how civilized we are - there is still a blueprint of the stone-age in us. We men are attracted by looks - NOt by a long description of what a woman's personality consists of. That we would like to discover, after the first criteria of looks has passed!

I can recognise the truth that probably many man doesn't care much to read description in my profile that states " you will waist your time to pursue me" 
and yet, many man will still start their message with comments: that they like EVERYTHING I wrote in my profile and that we have lots of things in commen. However, those that are interested to see me more than piece of a "good meat " and communicate with me in friendly note that doesn't demand anything but only hoping to develop friendship and to genuinely know me better as person, might have a chance to meet me, without expectations.
Those that first fall in "love" with physicality,
I wouldn't trust if he "xy" ever love me with all aspects of being Me, and as we all gat older, I would question, if the same man would love me with a gray hair or will he look later for younger "good meat"....
so that's my women individual perception, the first criteria that a man need to passed.
We all have different kind of valuable logic.
By the way, it is shallow...

Rarely do you get to see the profile view of a potential partner. I don't know about you lot but I am still attracted to the female form and I cannot get that excited about head and shoulder shots, although it's a great place to start. I can understand that women may not be comfortable with exhibiting their shape and some may be quite self-conscious but I think male desire is still embedded in his DNA regarding what he is looking for in a partner and physical form comes into it. I apologise to the ladies out their if I am being shallow. Any comments?

Your DNA is not of my concern. What is of my concern is how people choose to speak to me based on their DNA.There is not a woman online, that has not being subjected to this. Yet, you think we should parade ourselves like we're mannequins. If you cannot see a beautiful woman then that is not my problem. It is yours.

Nothing wrong with wanting to know how the person looks below their head and shoulders...It doesn't mean you gonna judge their personality based on that...

It would save alot of embarrassment at a later time if it was clear just what somebody looks like ,both mal and female . There are alot of pissy eyed liberals saying you should pick a female by what she says , heard too much bulldust for that to be so . Besides would any parent want to breed ugly children , what has a child done to a parent that a parent would be so bloody thoughtless to inflict on a child ugliness . Maybe they have a nose like Concord or something.... You only need the head and shoulder shot so that you can see the collarbones and make sure it's not a secret internet fatty. The rest isn't so important.
