My class was cancelled so I walked to Park Central where they have these steps that go on and on and I worked my legs up and down those stairs on my tippy toes for my calf's This dude cracks me up.

Park Central is so pretty the vibe the huge duck pond sometimes the mother ducks chase me scared I want their ducklings

Helping people is a good thing in my mind. After yesterday and talking the few guys at the lifestyle. They admit the hardest part about the gym is not really knowing what you are doing. I had to agree with them.I've proved I'm real I have many video's to prove it
