Could you imagine life without compliments…the giving and receiving of them? I dunno....
Ladies – if you get a new hair cut, wear a new pair of shoes, wear a new shade of lipstick etc…would you expect to get compliments and feel a little shocked if you had no compliments and nobody noticed the changes you had made? No

My reply - How do you know if they are sincere? Would you think they would not be sincere? Do you associate a compliment from a bad guy, would men that all guys, who use the same compliment would have the same intentions as the bad guy? Word association and negative response...Do always follow your senses, because they can be wrong a lot of the time and fool into the wrong way of think...judging all by the actions of a few

No and yes...I can tell by my gut feeling and whats being said...my gut never lets me down....my mind/ego has a habit of fooling me but never my gut...my ego will use associations but never my gut/center and I can tell which one is which.....

If meaningful and sincere I appreciate their kindness but in saying that typed words can be to try and stroke some ones ego I'm not in to ego so when someone in the real world gives me compliments I'm able to see them as genuine.
When speaking on the phone I'm also able to hear whether it's just bs or genuine I can read a person like the back of my hand when speaking on the phone ones tone of voice tell's me just as much as standing face to face in the flesh.
I don't need my ego stroked so yes I can live the rest of my life with out compliments I give out many many compliments for nothing in return many will give out only wanting to receive back.

Maybe most people are judged too quickly online? I have changed my opinions of a few folks and speaking to one on a regular basis...we were not on good terms to begin with, but now we have mutual respect and complimentary of each other...

I think you misunderstand me...I was talking about women, who have a lot of mental baggage and the way, that they label all potential men, that they encounter to have the same motives as their exe may have had? Men can't be al; put into one box and labelled as the same...we are all different, we think differently, are back grounds are different, our up bringings are different, our interests are different, our attitudes are different...on and on...men are not all the samePlayers use that excuse when they've been caught out.
