So it could appear from what little that did come back from her, she MAY have incorrectly got her advert settings wrong.

Ok, while yeah some tips are now billing included in certain places, that's usually pooled, so one can be a rubbish server and still get extra, which isn't fair on those who make an effort!
I recall a 'super waitress' in a old style New York diner I went to.
(Hell, they did some great milkshakes and fried chicken dippers too)
She was fantastic AND took all the orders indeed everything without any taking notes either.
A really, really great server ...and $20 to her!
