I love a challenge, as I produce outstanding work. The stress causes stomach problems, the money streams in to the bank, and all are happy. Oh, yes I also have less time on my hands, to spend with loved ones.
What challenges are you faced with currently, and have you got a plan to overcome it? I'm not expecting confessions!
I have to replace a headlight bulb on my car. The last time a bulb went I messed about with it for thirty minutes before I had to admit defeat. In order to change the bulb you have to reach under the wing and push your hand through a hole directly behind the headlamp unit. You can't see what you are doing and are entirely dependent on touch. In the end I took the car to Halfords and payed £7.50, on top of the price of the bulb, to watch a teenager humiliate me by fitting the bulb in less than a minute with relative ease. This time I am determined to either fit the bulb myself or set about the car with a big stick, Basil Fawlty style, whichever comes first. Either way, I'm not looking forward to it.

Don't feel lonely, I have a problem changing the front bulbs on my car too, with very much the same reaction!
Im trying to climb out of a slump I have been in for awhile now....I can feel depression taking hold and I am trying to stay on the other side of it....I am choosing to just focus on me and the things I want to do right now that make me happy....it hasn't been easy but im trying.....

Most people also have their bouts of depression, sometime for no earthly reason, so you worry about the reason and the depression, as it's odd. Hope you feel better soon, and yes only worry about yourself, now, until you're better!

Got rid of my challenges in 2018. 2019 is freedom...joy and education
I’ll try a lot harder for family members than I ever will at work.
And with the tax system plus the pet grooming entrepreneurs I kinda resent working long hours at a job we need. My part time beats many peoples full time and that’s enough for me considering the diminishing returns.
All the challenges are small fry compared to the challenges of caring about a people. Mum on chemotherapy, best mate murdered 2 years I remember being nervous when sitting exams and qualifying to do my job but real difficulty puts work into perspective.

I have found the hard times to be excruciating, but we must remember "Tomorrow is another day", not necessarily better, but we can still hope!
