When I was in HS I hung around with a guy who was into hypnotism and he taught me how to hypnotize people. I hypnotized a lot of people although there were some no matter how hard I tried I couldn't put them under. I helps greatly to be a good story teller. Eventually the fun wore off and I stopped doing it. It's a lot of work.

It does work for many but...? Unless you clear the root of the problem FIRST...the addiction is still there and some substitutes may be found???
I've learned to do SELF-hypnosis to clear patterns from the subconscious and re-programme it.
