Everyone works with codes. It's called body language. Sometimes it's conscious, and most of the time, it's unconscious. Those people who understand the signals of body language, have an advantage in social interaction, because they can parse the difference between what a person says, and what they really think. Which is often contradictory.

I agree with that! I can read a lot into body language.
I did a course on Rethorics once and it was filmed.
It was very interesting to watch ourselves afterwards and all the bad habits we have and don't even realise.
