They love what their religion believes in from the book they read from, they love it with absolute deep passion, in the same token they have the insight to see through other ppls BS. Their fellow believers follow their leaders blindly and without question. So they have been trying to build a brick wall against a fast-moving rapid.

Has it ever occurred to them that in this country they are free to start their own congregation? Some people would complain if they were hanged by a brand-new rope.

rohaan: That was one of the main problems--they are vague about what they mean by this--
Therein lies the root of the matter. If they are Catholics then chances are they are trusting in their own works for salvation.
