This election shows that the one thing people want to get radical over is identity politics, Corbyn trying to repeat the old battle of socialism and capitalism when the truth is nobody is remotely interested in blowing up the stock exchange or the hospitals. Boris was lucky in having an easy enemy, the completely unelectable Jeremy Corbyn. Meanwhile some sign of a move to the middle ground in NI.
