As bad as this sounds.. and it is bad, it is also confusing. Some Social media, are referring to this as the #ChinaVirus, yet.. it may be because the Chinese have done extensive study on it.
From what I read, so far, it originated in the Middle East as far back as 2002!.

The #ChineseVirus (the #NovelCoronavirus) has now killed 6 people, and a number of others are critically ill.
The virus can cause pneumonia in those infected.
After an outbreak of the virus began in #Wuhan late last year, the virus has spread to numerous cities in China as well as to other countries including Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, and the Philippines, with suspected cases in #HongKong and #Australia.
