I can't care less about the color... I love big eyes, with nice eyebrows (Not rounded and arched like a clown or tattooed 
) and long eye lashes...
I don't always look into peoples eyes... If I am meeting a person I like, for the first time, face to face, I am extremely shy... My cheeks turn pink and I try to discreetly cover my face with my hands or look to the other side... Most males have told me they find it absolutely adorable... I just need a little time to adjust to that new person... But once I get used to being face to face with him, it's a walk in the park...
And it's kind of ironic, because I was always selected to speak to audiences in school and in both universities I attended because people adored my voice, looks and how confident I am... BUT, when there are feelings involved... Well...

I think you can read some... people by their eyes....When romancing...looking deep into another persons eyes...has always been part of the kissing process...but also trust building...I do have a favourite eye colour...but will keep it under wraps for now....I like women to be as natural as possible...no mascara...no eye liner...no fake lashes etc...I don't always look into peoples eyes...
