I come from the Island of Oraba, surrounded by ocean, the country is divided among three different nations. The militaristic nation of Zagolia owns the largest part of the Island, the whole northern side is controlled by them, with their main city sitting at the top of the island surrounded by mountains. It is inhabited by Greek elves. Then there's Calteria where individuals look more like humans with scales and square eyes. They are farmers and telemarketers. I live in Pastolia... the smallest part of the island. We are about to go at war against the elves and kidnap their king.

My mum dreamed of marrying a romantic Italian man and getting fat on pasta.
She married a reserved Brit and went to WeightWatchers in later life instead.
She knew she'd chosen wisely, however, when he carved any meat they had exactly in half and didn't take the lion's share for himself. They married only 12 years after she was close to dying from starvation.
