I wear swim Trunks with my legs covered to the knees. I presently need to down size trunks. I am working with a nutritionist to drop 55 pounds by August. With her help, over the last three weeks I dropped weight from 235 to 220 lbs. i am eating to live now instead of living to eat.

Counting carbs, watching calories, reducing sodium, limiting dark chocolates while eating more plant protein, fruits, smaller portions altogether has changed my body odor. Its nice now that people don’t scatter when I walk through an aisle at Walmart's anymore.
I just wear what I feel comfortable in. The weight loss I am working on has inspired me to change my existing web site to promote nutrition. I’ve already taken photos of me in the shower for the Before-Shots. Can’t wait to take shots of myself dancing around in the shower trying to get wet for the After-Shots

The only thing I keep an eye on when purchasing for me is the amount of sodium..The portions in America when out dining is crazy..I feel people eat all what is served because they paid for that meal but even so it's crazy..
You will find when you look in the mirror at the changes you've made you will be hooked..People look at people like I who work out at the gym as gym junkies..Not true at all..Results keep us motivated because we like what we see..Plenty of things I do at the gym I don't like..I do those things I don't like because they give me the results I like.

One other thing whilst your losing weight I would get into weights if I was you..Skinny men don't need weights but my opinion is those who lose weight need to tone..Just my opinion I'm no expert

I don't believe in jogging around the streets..I'm a huge fan of power walking..You can purchase bracelets and anklets that have weights in them as you power walk..Get the arms going just as much as you get your legs going..You won't have wobbly arms or jiggly thighs..Of course these things don't happen over night..
Go to youtube and google core workouts to tighten your tummy..Pool resisiant training with Aquafit weights..Use bands for legs & arm work outs..So much you can do

Nah you’re good. Resistance bands, ankle weights yoga belts and dumbbells at home and now that facilities are opening again I’ve been working lots on core in water, free memberships at five gyms and pools and considering a peloton bike for home.
