Because love must come first within yourself to not attempt to mediocre your true expectations.
In other words do not try to make a relationship work but let the relationship be itself and do not settle for less. If you can help it not ever but if you need to learn this then that is what you need. My first girlfriend broke my heart but now I easilly realize she had nothing going for her.

Important is that the love comes from both of the partners. When someone loves you, and you fake to love the other, that can be really frustrating, just like you are in love with someone that doesn't love you. For animals it's more easy, wish people were more like animals.

Love not mean that you got your love . Love is different thing. Don't care you get love or not . It's your job you try for getting . Next leave on luck or God if God think he or she best for you .God must together you both. So always respect love.
