Do you think that if I started a thread asking people if they think that I am a "know it all erudite astigmatic narrow minded thinker who speaks to people in a demeaning way" (which is what you called me in your thread) it would help your mission to get people to be open and discuss what you believe is offensive and keeps people away?

That might be why you are having a problem on CS. Not everybody believes what you believe. To try to change people's minds you are undermining the coherence among the things that they do believe.
