I tend to, but it's when I have a reason.
So u can say I tend to overreact.

How about you Pedro?

A few times I even felt panic. Not pleasent.
I also experienced angst. Not heavy, I was lucky.
Both those two is hard to control, unbelieveable almost.
If you hven't experienced it you have no idea.

I worry all the time. It's my way of being prepared for the unknown which usually happens.

I worry the most about my two children. They are 22 and 28 but I still worry about them driving.. my youngest sister was killed in a car accident in February of this year in England. She was a social worker and left behind a husband and two children. I have anxiety about my sons lately they say her death may be the reason for it .

I am deeply sorry about the loss of your sister sad flower

I still worry about my daughter because she doesn't let anything stop her. She walks the trails by herself and I keep telling her that she learned in Girl Scouts to always travel with a buddy. But she doesn't listen and gets angry because I nag her about it. She's 58 years old but she is still my kid.

I understand you because no matter what age they are always our babies. I feel so sad that my sisters kids will never have the chance to grow up with their mother. I’ve stepped up financially but the real burden is on her husband now.

Yeah it took me a bit to get my head straight. It was a bit hard for a while I have so many family members to deal with. I was very upset but I had to make sure her family left behind would be ok also.

So sorry for your loss also

Thank you for your good wishes

I catch myself doing that and read something that helped a bunch. Take 15 mins each day to do it and then through it out of your mind. It takes practice, but it works after several tries. Also a good suggestion is to pray some for major issues and that helps.

Some of us have stuffed these worries by eating and drinking liquor. Guilty of eating but not the other.
