I always wore heels. But, made sure to buy no higher than 2 inch unless had a platform. The joke is when you see celebs in those stupid pointy toes nails for heels, they carry them to set. Put them on and sit. Then go off, take off and put on flats.
Any women who persists on wearing 6 inch deserves the bent toes and pain.

Years ago I had a job that required us to wear heels. I even then tried to get ones with short heels. And also spent good money to make sure they were comfortable. The few times I wore spike heels I found them uncomfortable and difficult to walk in
