I know you're not a scammer by reading your profile. Your pictures do however have a bit of a air of scammer pics as they always use happy smiley pics. Don't worry about it though, anyone who takes the time to actually read your profile will know you are genuine.

They don’t look like scammer photos. Just block the scammer-accusers and forget about them.It’s funny as someone told me they like my smile in my photo.
