Trump is doomed and won't get much farther as proven over and over that he is not deserving of holding any political office. Colorado and Maine have already banned his name from being on the ballot. Several other States around 14 are more than likely headed in that direction. According to Section 3 of the 14th Amendment any official is barred who has sworn an oath to the Constitution cannot hold an office if engaged in insurrection. Of course, Trump says he did no wrong again. With all his other legal challenges,
which puts him in hot water from here on out, it is a wonder he does not throw in the towel.

Section 3.
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Seems pretty clear to me ConMan! I guess you can't read!

I vehemently do not want Trump in the White House again but I think I should bring one sentence to your attention.

The Constitution says "But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

Meaning, Congress can prevent him from running again. Not the public and not each state individually asking the Supreme Court to prevent him from running.

However, the public can keep him out by not voting for him on election day.

We are still recovering from the mess he left. Ignoring Covid-19 should be the final straw in any support you would give him. Act like a mature male and show regret for voting for a man of this nature. We will forgive the sin
