When I lived in Fargo, I got done with work after a ton of overtime working at a production plant. Dog tired I stopped at gas station and filled my car up. As I put the cap back on ....I realized I didn't have any money on me at all!!! Fargo, by no means is a "small" town. I explained what had happened and had to give my work badge & lunchbox for collateral!
I got it back & paid them minutes later but that was embarrassing!

Don't know why i remembered this today...but when i was about 18 my roommate and i - who had been drinking - decided to "perm" my hair (and i know what you're thinking...i already have curly hair...but you know...alcohol was involved!!
