They have no right to dictate to you and those with bullying tendencies only resort to that because of their own inadequacies, they are unable to conduct themselves using personality, wit, intellect, etc.

I don't really understand "bullying" on this site though. Not exactly as if someone can reach across with their virtual hands and pull another members hair. Verbal harrassment maybe, but I've not noticed a lot of that in the forums so guess a lot of the bullying goes on in the background via private messages
