Well, people used to stay with each other forever regardless of love. Most chose to live their lives in misery despite tha fact that they no longer had feelings for each other. Today, divorce has become more and more acceptable. You dont have to put up with somone's B.S. for the rest of your life. I think though, that if it is true love, it will work itself out. Both people have to be willing to work at it and both have to be willing to compromise. If not, no amount of love will save that marriage. *M*

I think the reason there is so much divorce now a days, is people jump into it too quick. They mistake Loving someone for the same as being "in love". There is a difference here. You shouldn't marry someone just because you love them. Marriage is a sacrad thing, till death do you part. Yes I have been guilty of it, once. I would never marry another that I wasn't truely in love with again. It's not fair to them or me.

The problem now a days is that some couples just rush too fast and some just marry to say they got married.
I think that if two people really care and love for one another that much that they will do their best to work to make it happen. Also good communication skills on both parts are definatly important. If you don't have communication in a relationship then you don't have anything.
