Claayer: Thankyoo Dana.. I know last time this happened it was much worse.. it was hurting when I got up.. then I did a huuuuge stretch and moved my head to the side at the same time.. HOLEEEE COWW!!
something went TWANG in the back of my neck.. and I honestly thought I was going to throw up.. it hurt soooooooo much!.. I was actually seeing stars (those sparkles before your eyes).. I couldnt move my head not even a MILLIMETRE... I actually thought I had just broken my neck.. haha.

While you're sleeping without the benefit of a bed, try rolling a towel up & putting it under your neck for support. Might also help things slide back into alignment.
