Been voting since I was 18. I feel that its the local issues are the most important. city county and state issues. As for the presidential... well if we vote on all the local issues our voice is heard louder in D.C. its a numbers thing every time you vote you have a individual within the Political syatem who knows you opinion and ideas. to just vote on the presidential....
