Hi there....first of all Obama did not have a muslim upbringing.....his father was posted to Java in Indonesia for work purposes.....as i am sure you are aware....Indonesia is a muslim nation.....Obama went to school there for a few years....schools in england are not called...Church of England schools....they are just schools......so i imagine that he just went to the nearest local school...simple as that......
as i child my parents decided to send me to a private school....it just happened to be a catholic run school....does that make me catholic....NO.....in fact i was born into another religion....my parents just decided that this particular school had the best education facilities in the area.....

americans are in large apathetic, and busy trying to survive finanially
and some are distracted by getting "more stuff"
they justify their apathy and it is apparent if you notice the sad percentage of americans with this beautiful right they have to vote, which they love to brag about but dont actually take the action to vote
its a sad state of affairs when a society is so distracted and downtrodden that they dont take advantage of such a blessing
