Elley I can honestly say I've never asked anybody out in my whole life so can't empathise with you here.
I have met a few men who can't or won't take no for an answer though!

Gee, do women actually say No to you? I always accept when asked out ... Sometimes I fall asleep on the dinner table, so maybe its not such a good idea to always accept, but I always enjoy any challenge that comes my way ..... I once fell asleep during a concert recital thing and woke up startled with a snort .... he never asked me out again .... So although I usually always say yes, I dont often get a another chance to say No.

Okay--serious and honest answer. If you ask a woman out, and she likes you and wants to go out, and she isn't playing games, she's going to say yes. So if she says no, she probably doesn't want to go out with you. Or, she does but she plays games... are you interested in women who play games? --like the 'try a little harder cause I don't want you to think I'm an easy touch'? That's game playing, as far as I'm concerned. Not all women play those games; in fact, probably most don't. Does that answer the question? I agree with your sister. Ask once, if you get a negative answer, move on.
