What information do you find is most commonly missing on peoples profile, what information is too much info??
Is it bettter to place all pertinet information on profile or leave a few open so as to arouse curiousity. I'm considering a rewrite so this inquiring mind wants to know.

I like to read about real live interests instead of the bogus mushy stuff. Or a brief "day in the life" kinda thing.

I do not want to read about how much money you make.

I do not want to read about how many times or how badly you've been burned.

I do not want to read for an hour.

As superficial as it is, I even want to read if there's physical preferences, so I can decide if it's overly superficial or just corresponds with a lifestyle.

(The short list)

I agree with Windy......most women do not want to hear a guy crying the blues. A profile that has realistic expectations in the partner is nice. Lets face it, no one is perfect and if we looked like Barbie and Ken, we would not be online..................hehe

My suggestion is if there is something that you totally can't tolerate, be up front about that, and why it bothers you.

;)Nothing worse than taking 2 steps foward then 3 steps back.

I find that for the most part I don't even read profiles...that's just me. If you don't post ...I don't know who you are...that's where I make my decisions if I like or ummm wanna pound the living crap out of someone.
...Dana I am not!
I do try to keep a leash on myself though...Today it has big spikes and some wind on the end of the lead....

It's strange how our lives to us seem monatonous, while when others hear you retell it they see it totally different. thanks for the insight Windy..

Oh, and fire, the "wrong" part was for Miss Lilly witch.

No, no life is mundane. Your lame may be my exciting. Or your high energy may be my lazy. Folks don't realize how interesting someone may find a dumb little aspect of your daily routine.

DORK! LOL I want that crap, but I'll guess Charlie Manson might want that crap too. It tells me nothing of compatibility.

the longer I'm online, the more I come to the realization..Well as Windy posted "certain Key phrases commonly used can cause one to just click you away into the recycle bin....more and more resembles a resume more than a profile.

yes...we've all been there...LOL...

What i was getting at i guess is that the profiles that i read always seem to list these men as easy going, fun loving, romantic, generous to a fault..sensitive to a woman's needs...and the list goes on...and i'm sure to a degree they are...however if they were all that, would their relationship have dissolved?...hence the "wronged party"...

Very very rarely read profiles. really don´t care what´s in them. If you don´t like to chat and have opinions about things you are not interesting. Before I got together with Kenigs´ I didn´t see the point in reading and sending e-mails to women since I´m very far away. Never in my wildest imagination thought that anyone would be interested in me since I´m overseas.
