I wrote messages to a few people last week through a fellow CSer who were to get them if i were unable to make it back to the site to say goodbye in case i didnt make it out of hospital, i honestly thought there was a large chance i wouldnt make it to this weekend as i figured my heart would give out at i couldnt cope with the pain any longer.
Live life the best way you can and be warm and considerate to others on your lifes journey would be my advice.

Facing the reality of death certainly makes us cherish life and people. I remember laying in the hospital last year and wondering too if I'd make it out (bleeding internally is actually a rather fast way to understand how truly fragile our bodies can be at moments) ..... helped me to understand that life is truly fleeting and really there is nothing to fear except regrets.
