And from personal experience the pain continues when you get a crick in your neck from struggling to see the artists work in the mirror!

Do yourself a favour and get a friend to take a photograph laugh

What design did you have? Mine is self designed and very personal wink

Its of a geisha. One of a kind. I found the picture after searching the internet for months.
I get photos done after every session so I can see it progressing.
I love it!
What do you have?

My third eye! Been stabbed in the back before so seemed practical to have it there!

But seriously. I play gongs. The only instrument on the planet I know of where the player has their back to the audience. The pupil of the eye is my gong (took it to the tattoo studio and played for the guy so he was in a very creative mood!)

The eyebrow is a tsunami wave (was at sea 23 years) with an OM sign in the waves.

A teardrop falls from the eye with a ying yang as the point of reflection of light in the drop of water.

Balance. We can cry from both sorrow and laughter.

I love my tattoo grin

Wow!! How many face lifts she had in 40 years? confused always thought they tucked the excess skin behind the ears or something ... never realised they crunched it all up that far down the back!!! laugh

laugh You could always use strategically placed pegs to pull the skin around the tat when you're walking along the beach!!!! rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing Not that I am inferring that your skin is wrinkled or anything!! laugh

Seriously!!! Why worry about it? You did it! So what?

I was in a tattoo parlor at the same time a girl was getting a large ink job on her left shoulder, i could tell she was in a lot of pain just by the expression on her face as she laid there.

I love tattoos and the whole process of getting one. I currently have 14 tattoos, all strategically placed. Each one has a very deep meaning and they are custom drawn. When the artist is done with the stencil, I make sure they rip it up and throw it away. Tattoos are a very personal thing and I dont want every teenager in North America walking around wit the same ink that I have. It looses its meaning then. Any kid, or adult for that matter, can walk into a shop, drop a couple bills and walk out sporting a tattoo of a heart with a banner around it that reads "MOM". I sure you love your mom very much, but seriouslly, wheres the creativity that should be present in a very creative art???
