I start my usual power walk soon when the weather gets fresh. Still in the late 30's here.
I enjoy swimming and like to keep myself healthy...

Well, there you go my dear, I think by the time anybody else joins us, I could have posted on every thread that is here and there will be a long list of Sommerauer71 in the right hand column...
So, it is a test, to see how interesting people find me, because if it is like for hours, I will quickly summarise that I bloody boring and nobody wants to talk to me.

Ah of course, we do not have siestas here, although the banks, post office do, they close fot two hours...
I am ALWAYS starting a diet...thats the easy bit. I'm quite good at stopping diets too...it's the middle bit, sticking on them..that is the problem....

I am determined to change some of my eating habits but definitely not starve...am greedy for fruit but there again, too much intake is bad according to my nutritionist..
I always try to balance my diet....but i'm craving for some wholenut chocolate at the moment and all the shops are shut being a Sunday..
so am having a ciggy instead.

Yeah!! I had a list once of what all the specific cravings meant in terms of lacks within the body ... but I lost it!!
