Oh, you've gotta try it sometime! It's the bestest soup ever! Unfortunately, I can't have it any more...lactose intolerant.

druidess6308: JB...where are you?! I need that cookbook you said you'd send me! Spanish Spaghetti?
I miss lobster...with anything...that's my absolute favorite.
Second, a good medium rare steak with a baked potato and asparagus (my favorite veggie).
While in Main I complained to the waiter that all the lobsters I had eaten where soo small. He said ma'm we have a 3 lb lobster if you want it. Did I? So the next thing is seeing two men bringing this three pound lobster on a plank. Making a big deal of it. Of course they drew the attention from everyone. They also looked very surprised it went to me and not my husband. Yep I ate the whole thing.
Ooh lots of things. My grandma made the best soup beans and cornbread. And my mom makes a great pork chop & potato bake. Oh and also Greek spaghetti & veggie stirfry - is to die for. Speaking of Greek, gyros are awesome and Greek salad. One of my agents is from India and she makes this killer eggplant and potato dish and homemade hummus and pita bread.
But I'm just as happy with quick, simple foods, my favourite being a mayo and swiss cheese sandwich.
Almost forgot... SEITAN! It's a vegetarian wheat meat. Sounds gross but it is the BEST "meat" I've ever tasted. Looks and tastes just like real meat. Yummy!

KrazieStill: Yea Key Lime Pie--my favorite. Last year Dunkin Doughnuts had Key Lime Doughnuts for a few months. I went there every day almost. Lived in Miami for six years a while back so enjoyed the real thing down there in the Keys--mostly upper keys after a day of fishing. TMI.
The Keys keylime pie...out of this world! My uncle use to go lobstering off the keys and bring back some pies with him when we visited him. I am jealous Barry!!
The best Key Lime pie I ever had was on Jeckyll Island, Georgia. Our waitress made it herself and had chunks of real key lime in it...never heard of it made that way, but was incredible!!

Spinach!
My favorite for sure.
Fish and spinach will put a smile on my face anytime.
Got favorites?
