I did not say it wasn't poisons, either or you just have to look at the lesser of two evils. That is all.

Thank you for the post. Of course you didn't need to be a rocket scientist to see that the whole housing deal was behind the problems.

Of course there are to many Americans that would rather be led by media than by truth or educating themselves on the issues. I have great fear for this great nation of mine. Have the average Americans gotten so lazy as to be led around like cows to the slaughter. We shall see in November. JMO.

A question! Does this mean that if your candidate loses, we are like cattle to the slaughter? And that if your candidate wins, we are smart??dunno

It is one of the "Burning Down the House" videos Arabella. It claims (probably with some justification) that the Democrats started this financial rin when Jimmy Carter legislated that financial instiututions have to provide a measure of "Sub-prime" loans so that Jack and Jill Average American can get a lone to buy a house. Of course easier loans (artificial or not) broadened the market base and housing prices rose.

What these videos don't admit is that speculators ... those with a lazy mill or two ... and there aren't many working class dudes amongst that club ... also drove prices up. In fact they were responsible for the October 1986 Crash. But they don't learn.

Why worry? All the money in the World won't help when the next comet comes crashing through. I wonder if cats or cocroaches will be the next dominant species.

I think non US citizens should also be allowed to vote in the US presidential election. Especially when the whole world bears the burnt of the decisions made by the US President. What do others think?
