I'd say it depends on the individual. For some women it might be in their twenties. Others could peak - in terms of well-being - in their sixties. My personal favorite age is 44 at the moment....

I have to say that the best age for me is the one I am now. I have more strength and inner peace than I have ever had. But at each age it has been the best, for each had something to teach...and I look forward to the wisdom, fun, love, and learning of the ages that remain to me.

I turned 45 two months ago. And I love watching my sons grow into young men. They're (almost) 14 and 15 & 1/2 now. It's great. Life just keeps getting better!
