Not all men lie...I'm sorry that your daughter's father cares so little about his time with her. Just make sure she knows it's him, not her.
My sister has the same problem with the father of her older daughter...and it's worse because the father of her younger one is a great guy who wants time with his daughter. Thankfully, her older one is well-grounded and has high self-esteem despite her father's behaviour...though time will really tell if it's had an impact when she starts dating.

I often told my ex that she looked hot in whatever hideous outfit she tried on to speed up the process so we can finally go out. She would try on like 10 different outfits, and each time I told her she looked marvelous...but that not deter her from trying on another outfit and striking all kinds of poses in the mirror. So after a while and more asking me if she looked good in this or that outfit, I just told her it does not matter....

He wants to take his daughter to meet her and now to get to know his family. She is almost 20 months old and he has never introduced her to his family yet.
We are worried as when he was with our neighbour, and in love with her, he wanted to take the baby for them to raise together. He is not on the birth certificate and did not even visit my daughter or talk to her the whole time she was pregnant because he was living with the neighbour and she would not let him.

Make an assessment for myself
