Oh, btw, my dad had both of his done, and he's fine. He's happy that he can see better, said the world got brighter afterward, lost its cloudiness and yellow haze. Just a thought for comfort.

My mother has just had hers done and she is thrilled. She was worried, of course, but she found there was nothing to it. Its pretty much a routine operation nowadays, love.
I hope that has reassured you if just a little? There's not much more important than your eyesight, better to have it done than not.
Good luck (though you won't need it)..... Go girl!!!

The deed is done but now wear an eyepatch until tomorrow 8 olock am This is driving me batty as it is soooo itchy I want to rip it off. Must sit up in bed practically I already did not sleep last night.
Now could someone tell me what is this patch good for? Why must I be wearing it. Ohhhhh it is soooo itchy. First it was the tape so they changed it to a different kind

Glad it went well Jenny. Eyepatch small price to pay. Suppose so you won't rub your eye when you sleep, not that you're sleeping anyways.

I am glad the surgery went well. Leave the eypatch alone it is there to protectt he ey from doing any work for a while, it needs to rest and if you don't wear it, the eye will instinctively attempt to work putting strain on it. Love you Very much Jenny. I am in a few binds so am not here often for abit.

Glad it went well, Jenny. Now when they do the other eye, you'll know that the worst part is the patch afterward!
