My mom's cut back to only 5 cigs a day. She's doing pretty good so far. But she's tried to quit a thousand times before. It's really hard. Luckily, I'll never have that problem. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke.

That is pretty good for your mom.
I had to try it several times too.
Now I can not stand the smell on people's clothe
If I could just smoke now and then but this does not work
for me.

I know of a man who smoked two packs a day.
Quit for ten years and now smokes 4 packs a day.

I found that when I had made up my mind it was not so difficult.
Before this I would say; I want to quit but I enjoy it.

I am quit sure that if I smoked one it would make me sick the second
one would be not bad and the third?...........
