No, I still feel like a complete outsider even after three years on and off (more off than on). However, there are some good people here who I keep in touch with or pass idle moments with in the forums.

Come on jan, tell the truth!
This place is like stray dog, it's full of fleas and paracites that are hard to get rid of.
Properly treated, the dog will be happier, wont scratch at itself and someone will want it as a beloved pet.
Like it is though its a stray and will stay so.
Other than that the nearest family i know to this is either the "Manson Family" or "Osbourne" family.

There are several on here that have helped me get through so many things in the last 1 1/2 year. I have had serious health issues, almost lost my now ex-boyfriend to a horrible accident from his work, and then when I was ready to give up on finding someone (ready to spend my life alone) they pounded into my head that I had to get back out there and at least try...telling me that I couldn't close myself off to the world...that is what a family SHOULD do....
I feel like I am blessed because of the friends I have here on CS...without them...I probably wouldn't be here right now...

Now Granted when I first signed up my primary concern was "lets see the matches from this site"
after finding out AZ was for all intents and purposes dead I was about to take my leave!
But I figured I would check the Forums see how that was....well been here sence nuff said!

With all the squabbling, and all, I do feel like a member, and have made good friends, if even from a distance. I don't believe there is a family on this earth, who agree on everything, but what we all agree on is finding a partner. A perfect one, who knows, don't think there has ever been a perfect marriage of partners, but with the forums here, chat, IM, etc., you are able to significantly limit the number of imperfections. I feel like a member.
