I had cooked a pork tenderloin the other day. So today I had a great leftover BBQ pulled pork sandwich for lunch. Wow it was fantastic.

Today, I brought in 2 different lunch choices:
1) Half a BBQ chicken & baked potato from our chicken BBQ at the club where I tend bar.
2) A plate of bacon spaghetti I'd made for dinner on Saturday night.
And for dessert... chocolate cake w/chocolate icing, from the bake sale at the club yesterday.

My one co-worker was complaining that she was so hungry & I offered her her choice. But she wouldn't take it. So I had the chicken dinner & will save the spaghetti for lunch tomorrow. Then I can also remember to bring in my 5 cheese Texas toast to go with it.
