Well that would all depend on what my intentions were.....
...........but one that comes to mind might include:
Starter: Melon and tangerine pieces, in Creme de Menthe.
Maincourse: Tandoori chicken breast with fried vegetables and a very lightly fried scallop.
Desert: Chocolate mousse and ice cream.
Wine: Chardooney to start, then a Rioja.
