something: The ideal age for a couple is for the woman to be half the man's age plus seven years. IE if the man is 16 half his age is 8 + 7 = 15. man 20 woman 17 man 40 woman 27 man 50 woman 32 and so on. hope this helps

I think there's no harm in that. The only thing that matters is, is the women happy with a younger man ? or is the man happy with an older woman? If both are content and happy, its a good as any relationships. Happiness is more important that age.
I also think that the reason why : "It seems more acceptable for men to date younger women" is because women mature faster and when they have kids, wrinkles starts to invade..hehe...well, people eventually age, right?
Anyway, my point is not about the wrinkle stuff, it's more on maturity in character. Personally, I am attracted more on how mature a man's character is. my last 3 exes are older than I am. 3-6 yrs, coz' I always had this idea that older men is more mature. But at the end I learned that, maturity doesn't 100% have to do with age itself.I've proven that personally. Maturity is more on one's character. Its the things that he goes through and how he cope with that builds his character and his level of maturity.
That's what I believe.
Range? Hmm, depends how mature is he. If a man who is 10 yrs younger than me and he's quote mature, independent and kind...I don't mind.

Hi Charli, Of course it is ok for older woman date a younger men!
We live in a society thats accept so many different types of relationship. Why it still hard to accept a older woman with a young guy? If love exist between them,it will work . Besides, mature woman today are looking younger and beautiful.
