curly28: Our Autumns are awesome here in the west nicest time of the year our average Autumn temp is usually around 24 25 degrees and sunny no winds calm at the moment still getting to odd hot temps , but in next few weeks it will be ccoler great

My favourite temperatures are around Autumn and Spring. The leaves are just starting to turn reddish/ brownish and dropping---so colourful at this time of year. I've started to wear my jumpers and put doonas on my bed.

I know Merri loves the deciduous trees with the changing colours in Autumn and Spring with the evergreens never really changing all year round. And then they give us a big change in our outlook each season with all the changes.

There are many people who hate evergreens because they drop leaves all year round. Happy to see deciduous but always complain about the massive dump in Autumn.

I do prefer Spring with the cool nights and mornings warming during the day and lots of plants blooming. Then again, pick the right evergreens and you can have blooms nearly all year round. Some Gums and Grevillias flower throughout Autumn, some during late Winter and a lot during Spring.

And I do recall growing up with Wattle Day (don't seem to celebrate this anymore). 1st August when the wattles usually bloomed, and I could hardly breathe with all the pollen floating around.

You are a handsome guy Wash, you just don't realize it. You must have a great garden with all the planting you are doing.

I am in another Forum that actually allows you to go back and ediot edit what you have previously posted.doh Okay, did that to make a poonit point.

Yes, we do sometimes put some words down that we later regret.crying

And then we should apologise if we regret what we said.

But that other Forum does allow me to make an edit which does make some following comments irrelevant. "No, look back and I never said that"frustrated

Personally, if I said it at the time, it was what I was feeling at the time. I may later regret saying it but....... I did say it.

So Conduit, what did you say that got Epirb interested? Got to be here somehwere on this threadlaugh
