Once upon a time in America

RE: Once upon a time in America

Sergio Leone tells a story of one man's journey through life. De Niro is marvelous. Ennio Morricone music is superb! The brilliance of three gorgeous men joins together to create a masterpiece. One of my favourite movies!

MILK

RE: MILK

You said it better than I could, unigwa. Problem is, those who think that way are the least likely to watch it. They don't wish to better themselves.

Groundhog day

RE: Groundhog day

Very good movie, I like the concept of a man repeating the same day over and over and how he eventually comes to realize what is really important in life, takes it all to his advantage, and get's the girl in the end. Nice ending.

Once upon a time in America

RE: Once upon a time in America

although its a gangster movie and yes its crude although sergio leone does it very tastefully, its basically a story of friendship through the years and how money, power and women change a relationship between men. Best part is when the young boy is so hungry that he eats the sweet rather than have sex very poignant and true to life situation where hunger overrides everything else even sex!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What I got out of this great movie was a new way to put on lipstick...thanks to Molly Ringwald's character. This movie is one of the best coming of age movies made.
