I search for her and find imposters Throughout my journey I travel far I meet and greet and chat til time to eat Only to discover, all are actors
I rumble through profiles in hopes of finding her I read of honesty and "no liars welcome here" And search through photos to find the most appealing Only to realize that my time is waisted - what a sucker
But I find this PhD in Oregon She is intelligent, beautiful, and elegant in her own way I receive an email which provides comfort that I at least can be her pen pal The aura of independence, that speaks so loud it deafens
At least I may continue to contact her as a friend Even though we haven't formal met She finds holes in my email which was simply meant to amuse But I suspect even though we may not agree on politics, it will be wonderful to play the game and attempt to defend
So I bow to the gods in the heavens above I'm thankful that I "found" her Far away from where I am So I must go to her, as a shining dove
