Jennifer's Song

An angel sang her way in to my heart
Early one rainy spring day..
And brought with her sunshine into my life,
But alas she could not stay.

Such a beautiful smile
She wore to hide her pain,
Her heart an umbrella
To shield us from the rain.

I see her beautiful face, in the setting sun,
I can hear her voice through each gentle rain,,
When the songbird sings, he sings Jennifer's song,
Don't cry, we'll be together again.

Fly, my special angel,
Fly high, fly proud and fly free..
Through tear stained eyes, I look upwards and sigh,
She is now, where angels are meant to be.

Such a Beautiful Heartfelt Poem, But It's Meaning it Carries a Power, That is felt from From Such a Distance, So Many Miles between us, But I Now share within the Tears, that you have spilled, and the rest you Still Carry, One you havnt Shared Much to me about, But I Feel the the Teardrops of an angel, as i absorb the Depth of Your words, and the strength in your Heart, as That Which you had to Endure! But Remember Their is A Reason, and it will "Form You", As My Life, Has Formed Me, and through the Humbled Sorrows, We Must still "Endure Love", Even the ones That have Past us Up! Thank-you to all who commented on this poem.. I think we all know it is what it is.. no embellishment at all.. just a heartfelt poem... for someone I have loved and lost..... and who weill always be in my heart and in my dreams... My Angel.
